CONSIDER THIS:
-
Too many people are too doubtful and afraid to go for their dream job because “It’s a crowded field” or “The odds are slim”…this type of destructive thinking is EXACTLY why the few in any given industry are the ones on top.
Think about it: every single person that has prospered in one’s field most likely have done so by having the attitude of “I’m going to prosper.” None of them carried on worried about their profession being a “crowded field,” but approached their career with an unshaken focus…not odds-based caution.
It is then your choice to:
1) Be like 97%+ who don’t go past the THOUGHT of their dream career working out or
2) Position yourself like the very few who DO make it and choose to win regardless of “competition.”
Choose #2 and I guarantee you will go farther than what these so-called “odds” have dictated over your passion.

Wonderfully said! Sounds like the kind of faith that moves mountains and beats down obstacles. Love it.
Faith of mustard seed will get you far and like my favorite quote:
” If one advances confidently in the direction of his own dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”

Keep doing your thing and be blessed
Travis:
Love your passion and enthusiasm. Positive thinking gets you everywhere you want to be.
Stay well.
So true! Often people think having to make the smallest sacrifices is a bad thing, when that is precisely where the rewards and satisfaction would start to come their way. They allow fear to remain their most powerful motivater, which is equally based in imagination. Instead of imagining what’s possible, it’s imagining the worst. Travis, I still think a little “desperation” can be a very powerful thing when one is going after something seemingly out of reach!
Thanks Everyone!
And Paul that is such an incredible point: the way we use our energy for the worst can be used in the opposite direction for the better.
